- Montana Pride
- Montana Pride is Montana’s Annual Pride event, keeping the tradition the biggest Pride event in Montana happening every year!
- The Imperial Sovereign Court of the State of Montana
- The Imperial Sovereign Court of the State of Montana (ISCSM) works to educate and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and Allied community, while promoting social tolerance through the production and inaction of drag performances.
- Montana Human Rights Network
- The Montana Human Rights Network informs and organizes Montana residents so they can realize their power to create justice, equality, and solidarity in their communities. We challenge bigotry and discrimination, support marginalized people, and advocate for legislation that honors everyone’s basic rights.
- Rural Transgender Wellness Project
- This project, conducted through Montana State University, is dedicated to the well-being of transgender persons living in MT. The project was led by Dr. Adina Smith, Kyndra Nevin, and an advisory board comprised of transgender persons and allies. The goal being to identify factors that both support and challenge the well-being of transgender people living in the rural state of Montana.
- TansVisible Montana
- TransVisible Montana provides leadership development, visibility, and public education through free and low-cost services to expand liberation for all.
- Montana Two Spirit Society
- The mission of the Montana Two Spirit Society is to advocate and educate the Montana LGBTQ community and general community about Two Spirit issues, histories and traditions. We promote health, wellness and spiritual well being by sharing our traditions with one another, healing past wounds, and learning new ways to combat disease. We also outreach and build alliances and coalitions with other community based organizations to increase visibility of the Two Spirit and Native LGBTQ community and restore our traditions.
North Central Montana:
- Great Falls LGBTQ+ Center
- A safe place for the LGBTQ+ community, providing services and resources for all those in need.
- Alliance for Youth
- Alliance for Youth advances social change by supporting the growth and well-being of youth and families in North Central Montana through educational and collaborative approaches.
Eastern Montana:
- Billings Transgender Alliance
- Welcome! We are a local Trans related group here for support, whether it be coming to our support groups…needing someone to go to appointments because of no family support…information on health care or really anything and if we don’t know we will work together to find a answer. This is a safe place for family…friends…anyone trans supportive!
- 406 Pride
- 406 Pride is an independent nonprofit serving Billings and eastern Montana. We work with diverse populations to build unity, acceptance, and fellowship and to ensure that LGBTQ+ people are embraced as full members of society at home, at work, and throughout our community.
South Central Montana:

Western Montana:
- Western Montana LGBTQ+ Center
- The Center fosters a welcoming space for community members from Western Montana and surrounding areas. We offer community events and free space and for LGBTQ+ individuals, groups, communities, and more to host one-time events or ongoing meetings focused on identity development and self-care, empowerment, leadership development, community engagement, and overall wellness.
- Glacier Queer Alliance
- The Glacier Queer Alliance (GQA) is focused on providing positive, safe, community resources, events, and spaces for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations in the Flathead Valley.
